I was firing and it was working fine then it randomly stopped working....thought it was battery recharged till full still not firing...bought it used couple days ago was working fine idk what happened barley used it never dropped.... is it the wiring, gearbox, motor? Anyone know anywhere in Ontario i can fix (Windsor) or should i go beat up the kid that sold me it lol could it be overheat issue, by holding trigger a tad to long????

- JG MP5 Full Metal Airsoft advice?
New to airsoft, posted alot on here to find the answers im after, Interested in the JG M4's and the JG MP5 Navy, I believe the MP5 comes in a full metal version, is it any good, I want something that is good in the field as it is in CQB, any advise is appreciated. thanks
A I'm fairly certain both JG's M4 and Mp5 lines of AEGs come in ABS and full-metal versions; the full-metal M4s may not yet be as available in the states though. In my experience, both the plastic and metal Mp5 variants put out by JG are quite reliable. Although the plastic ones are feather-light and the metal ones have an impressive (if not realistic) weight, the plastic ones may be better suited to CQB. The JG Mp5-A5 Full-Metal I own shoots way too powerfully for safe use in a CQB environment. To put things in perspective, it shot a hole in my couch and has the same gearbox as the airsoft gun that shot through the sheetrock on my bedroom ceiling. If you get this one, it might be in your best interests to change the spring, either by having the place you buy it from do it, or attempting it yourself. As a field gun, it'll suit you well--just be sure to use heavier BBs with it. I'd say .25s or .28s should suit you well. Good luck!
