This is a review of a cheap Firepower MP5 airsoft gun which was ordered from www.kapowwe.com for only which was the lowest price on the internet. It was the last one they had in stock and its production may have been discontinued. I do not know the difference between this Firepower MP5 and the UHC MP5 SD3s. In fact they look the same. I am not a huge fan of airsoft. I just try to look cool with plastic toy guns. Also, there is absolutely no reason to be slamming the charging handle to shut the bolt, other than it looks awesome. It’s a spring cocking MP5 airsoft gun made of plastic so slamming the bolt forward is just going to break it. Also demonstrated in this video was a large Firepower 12 inch Airsoft Sticky Target that is currently on sale at the Kapowwe website for .99, again at its lowest price on the net. It is really cool. Go buy one.

Which airsoft gun style is more tactical? A Steyr AUG or an H&K MP5 SD6?

A Define 'tactical'... The AUG is by far the most versatile. In it's smallest configuration it's smaller than an MP5A4 and still has a longer barrel than an M4... A quick barrel swap (and it IS quick) and you can have a 650mm sniper barrel on it. As well as giving it a long barrel, the bullpup configuration gives the AUG great balance with normal or short barrels.

JG MP5 vs JG R36C airsoft guns?
Im trying to decided between these to guns the JG M5 S6 http://www.airsoftmegastore.com/JG_M5_S6_Tactical_Airsoft_AEG_M5S6_Rifle_p/jg-m5s6-067.htm or the JG R36C (G36C mode). I need to know what is the better one for you money. They both say 400 fps but which one has more range and power etc. Please help me decide i need to order it soon!!!!!

A Owning similar variants of both JG weapons, I'd recommend the G36C better. More accuracy, higher effective range, and folding stock (allows to double as both carbine and close-range weapon). Though I do like the looks of the "M5 S6", take note that its internal barrel length is the same as the regular JG MP5, which I've seen, and it lacks a lot of stuff the G36C has. Dunno why, the MP5 maintains a 350-370 FPS for some time, while the G36 maintained a 330-365 FPS, but that doesn't really matter in the airsoft community because high FPS cannot compare to versatility and reliability. Get the G36C, you won't be disappointed :D (btw some people may say to avoid Airsoft Megastore and go look at other stores, I don't know what to say for that).

My flash hider is stuck on my MP5-J Airsoft gun! HELP!?
I just got my MP5-J Airsoft gun in the mail today, and it came with a huge bulky, ugly flash hider that WILL NOT budge! It has two pins locking the knob so I can't turn it and remove it. I tried as HARD as I could to remove the pins so I could take off the huge orange tip. I used pens, needles, hammers + paperclip endings, and everything else! HELP ME! THERE IS AN ORANGE TIP BELOW MY FLASH HIDER THAT I AM TRYING TO REMOVE! THANKS FOR REMINDING ME THOUGH :D

A Are you sure they're pins? Most flash hiders are secured with grub screws which need to be unscrewed with an allen key (hex key). Most use a 1.5mm grub screw. Once the grub screw(s) are removed, the flash hider will normally unscrew (do'nt forget, they've got a negative thread, so turn it in the opposite direction to normal). Bear in mind that depending on where you are, it may be illegal to remove the orange tip.

What size battery should I get to fit my new ICS MP5 SD6 airsoft gun?
What kind of charger willl fit this battery? Does anyone know of a site that I can get all of these together? What is the best way to remove the orange tip? Would it be easier to buy another suppressor with no orange tip? Where could I get one of these replacement suppressors?

A It takes mini batteries. Plenty of batteries and chargers here: http://www.airsoftatlanta.com/batteries.htm I'd recommend getting a NiMh over a NiCad as they've got a higher capacity (particularly important if you're using minis). I'm afraid I cant help you with the tip. I don't know how that suppressor comes off so consequently I don't know what attachment it has for a new one. Make sure and check your local laws before removing or painting over the orange. It is illegal in some states.

Galaxy MP5 PDW Airsoft Plunger Problem?
I have a Galaxy Mp5 PDW airsoft gun that is working fine except for a broken plunger. What would be a good replacement plunger for this gun and where online can I find it? Upgrading is a plus. Also, do I need to replace just the plunger or get a whole replacement piston?

A If you just want the part so you can do it yourself try www.airsplat.com they might have one. If you have a local airsoft store you should take it to them as you can tell them any upgrades you want and that your gun isnt working and they will just resolve the problem. In terms of upgrades for the mp5 pdw i would recomend a high speed gear set and maybe a faster motor and slightly tighter spring. As for replacing just the plunger or the whole piston if it where me i would say replace the whole piston as there was certainly some reason your plunger broke which was probably tied to your piston.

A I don't have it, but based on reviews from sites and info from retailers, this gun pwns ass! 340 FPS w/ .2 gram BBs, that is amazing! the range is 250 feet, thats really good! Its a mini, AWESOME! But, you might wanna look out for the short barrels, or get a mock silencer, b/c small barrels = less accuracy. But everything else looks good!

Airsoft question about the "HK MP5 Navy Airsoft Rifle". Please help!!?
So I got the new MidwayUSA Master #33 catalog and I went directly to the airsoft section and under all of the AK-47's on page 294 there is the "MP5 Navy Airsoft Rifle" fo .99 and I was wondering if that gun is any good. Everything in the description seems to be ok but it doesn't say what type of battery it has, or what version gear box it has and it doesn't say what parts are metal. Can you fill me in on what the catalog doesn't say? Thank you
